there was a really bad smell from the back yard of soya cafe and the market so the window couldnt be open all the time...amazing roon though!! and thanks for all the help and kindness of the staff

the noise is not good from the wholesale market below and the electric fans (provided) are essential in the summer. four of us shared an apartment in august 2010 and we were very pleased with the standard of cleanliness and comfort provided.

that place was immaculate and so spacious. the only compliants is it was really hot and i had to keep the windows and balcony doors open to air it out. it would have been great if the fan was blowing actually wind for the noise it was creating and i didnt much like the mattress as it ws way to soft but thats an individual thing i guess we had an amazing stay and no-one bothered us. and the night in for 2 hamper was an added bonus and worth the money

Our apartment was simply too hot and when we arrived there were about 10 flies in there. The heat of the room was a real problem for us as we could not get to sleep.

The apartment was very noisey, mainly coming from noise outside of the apartment. There were certain things that were not working or were dirty. Overall I didnt feel it was worth what I paid and in comparison to other apartments that I have stayed in.

Rooms were considerably more aged and had wear and tear to them than other Premier Apprtment locations I have stayed at.

Thank you Dominic for your feedback, We do have a rolling maintenance programme in place, 80% of the bedroom carpets have now been replaced with the remainder to be completed by the end of the year, Painting is on-going here at Premier Apartments, and day to day issues are addressed immediately. The apartment was very warm.Unfortunately by opening the windows all the noise from the nearby fruit amrket kept us from sleeping properly.
