Was pleasantly surprised given some of the mixed reviews on this site - Our experience was very positive. Only minus point was that it was very obvious that on a non smoking floor some people were smoking. There should perhaps be more detectors or something to police that side of things better. But all in all very happy and will return

The only complaint I have is that me and my boyfriend were woken up at 5am on the Saturday morning with drilling in the next room (rm 315) or on the next floor and this was continuous for at least an hour and a half. Just seems a really odd time to do maintenance work?!

I have investigated and it appears the restaurant next door are carrying out refurbishment work, I have made it clear to them that it is unacceptable to carry out work at such an unreasonable hour. TV did not work and it would be better to have an MP3 player rather than a CD player. Some laminate and worksurfaces could do with some care. But overall as always it was a comfortable stay, efficient booking and reception. I have used your firm before and will do so again and have recommended you to others. Thanks

I agree that some of the Laminates and work surfaces do need some attention; dates are being scheduled for this to take place. It's a great idea for the MP3 player thank you, I think when it's time to replace we will look at getting a system with this connection as MP3 is very popular now. The mattress was too soft and there was no frying pan in the kitchen. Also a number of times the water in the shower ran cold. The parking space should have been complimentary considering we stayed for four nights. Overall though I would recommend the apartment.

The cleaning was fine, however the room smelt a lot of smoke and the fridge had an overload of a coffee smell, otherwise, everything else was fine!
